Brand Founded in 2013, a unit want to be billed its reputation on its commitment to "quality & fresh American fast food with a mix of Indian spice served at affordable price." These were the words of Chef Manish Paswan’s "Statement of Principles," upon which he founded and operated.

manish joined mc Donald’s in Kanpur and take experience for 3 years as a manager and than paswan joined KFC and worked with KFC 2 years as a shift manager and than after join hot bitez as a ops asst manager for one year and get the idea to open new brand after take lot of experience and the brand investment of 20 Lacs, 4+ years experience in the food industry throughout the country and a love of contemporary food. With these, he began a Proprietorship – A unit to launch the first successful brand “Hot & crispy”.

After 2 years of steady, streamlined and flourishing growth, his initiative “xPANd India” is inviting franchisees for an advantageous partnership throughout the country.

Our vendor management system lets us keep our options flexible as far as business needs are concerned. If cost effective options are available in the market with no compromise on quality, we believe in utmost transparency, enough to rotate our system to take effect with the immediate next schedule.

Hot & crispy has selected and contracted with only ISO compliant/ HACCP certified vendors whose presence/supply chain is nationwide. Hot & crispy Vendor Manger will be available at the location to close all deal and introduction of the local/ regional vendors with the franchisee so that you may order with them directly at the negotiated price.

But support doesn't end once your store is built; each store is assigned a business coach who will assist in the strategic and operational questions that you will inevitably encounter after your Grand Opening.
