COEM was founded in 2004. Our mission then was, as is now, to set standards in the field of events & media education. While the first courses to be established in COEM were event management courses, COEM now offers comprehensive and tailor made education in the fields of event management, mass media & public relations. Our record numbers also reflect the standards that COEM constantly strives to set. We were the first college in India to create a full time course in event management. While others were busy following suit, we were the first to launch short term courses in the field. COEM now blazes trails with the COEMBA, a revolutionary two-year masters level course modelled on the lines of an international MBA. We were the first college in the field with the confidence to offer job guarantees to full time students, and with the same confidence we continue to offer these job guarantees even today. This confidence is spurred on by a 100% past placement record; and our alumni now work with some of the largest corporate houses in the country.
