It aims to expand its footprint in the south and west through franchise route. The company owns brands like VIP and Frenchie apart from other brands like Feelings, Brat and Eminence.

The company intends to establish its presence in Mumbai and Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur and Nasik in Maharashtra as well as cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mangalore and Vijayawada in the south. The brand has been into the business for more than 30 years.

The group has a dealer network of 550 and 110,000 retail outlets in India alone with scope for further growth, which the group plans to explore aggressively. Maxwell also exports to Middle East, Africa and some European countries.
