  1. Can you tell us about Point S

Point S is a global network specialized in tyres and car maintenance services. Point S was founded in the early 70’s in France by a bunch of independent tyre dealers, who wanted to promote their expertise and professionalism. Their approach has been proven right because this year we are celebrating the Point S50-year anniversary.

  1. How many outlets Point S have globally 

Today Point S is operating globally in 4 continents, 46 countries and with over 5600 retail outlets of Point S. Point S has been developing at a very dynamic pace and we are proud to say that we open one Point S store every day somewhere in the world.

  1. Why one has to take Franchise of Point S

The tyres and car maintenance industry are currently changing very fast. In these times of digitalization, globalization, consolidation, changing technologies, customer expectation of quality, etc. the tyre shops and garages cannot afford to remain on their own and not be part of a larger network. Point S offers them the possibility to have the support of a large international group in terms of negotiation with suppliers, digital marketing, and training, while staying totally independent. Indeed, each Point S dealer is an independent entrepreneur who keeps the name of his company beside the Point S sign and remains in full control of his company.

  1. Target outlet

Our goal is to have Point S outlets across India. Although we have ambitious plans due to Covid the last year was a little bit challenging. Nevertheless, we have today two Master Franchisees and we opened our first Point S locations. Our target is to have 20 Point S branded locations by the end of the year. Our mid-term plan is to reach 200 stores to have a critical mass, especially in terms of brand awareness.

  1. Business Model Plan

Our strategy is to have one Master Franchisee in every State. The Master Franchisee has in charge the development and the management of a network of Point S franchisees in the region with Point S India and Point S global HQ support.
