Tell us about FOSTER KIDS?

FOSTER KIDS is not following the footsteps of other pre-schools in India. We have emerged with the idea to promote new generation school for kids by making it technologically sound. The quality of academics is descended down to the kids by the teachers who are expertise in the field, keeping the school attached with traditional moral values. Moreover, we have regularized automatic updates of children to their parents. As to uphold the trust of parents and maintain assurance.

What kind of franchisees are you seeking for your pre-school?

Any person who wants to take up the franchisee of a pre-school should not be only business-minded. There need to be an inner connection with children, only then it will be possible to run a successful school. As money is not a primary issue in our field.

Why somebody would like to take the franchisee of your pre-school?

It’s been ten years that we are working in this field of education. By taking forward this experience, we have come up with ‘Foster Kids’. Besides, we offer advance services to our children as well as parents like automatic update of children is provided to the parents from our end to ensure safety, and making education integrated with technology.
For academics, we hire some of the most brilliant educationist, who will be expertise in children’s education.

What’s your mantra to maintain a healthy relationship with franchisees?

It is must for a franchisor to render full support and training to its franchisees. It will in turn give way to a healthy relationship that is needed in any business.

I believe in ‘sharing and caring’ attitude with franchisee. It is essential to understand the problems of a franchisee and sharing your knowledge with them.

Before entering into franchise business, first clarify your thoughts regarding your interest. Don’t be in haste as it required sensible thought in buying franchise. Also, avoid getting into the trap of how much ROI company is offering. Satisfy yourself with full knowledge about the company.

What are your future plans for FOSTER KIDS?
50 franchisees in next 24 months, all over India.
