4- Business Model Plan

The total investment required for opening a Unit Franchise of IIFT NEXT is around Rs.45,00,000/-..The capital investment given is approx., actual may vary 5 – 10 %. The complete project work would be done by the company. The above investment is to be given in 4 equal installments to the company in 1 month’s time. Local legalities should be taken care by the franchisee (investor). Royalty is to be deposited on day to day basis through wire transfer. Company would help in managing the outlet after operational. The franchisee (investor) has to maintain the company standards. Additional working capital is also required to run the business i.e. every outlet must be considered with a gestation period of 6 months. It is a compulsion to do all the capital expenses given above. The franchisee has to give 6 post dated cheques of average royalty amount calculated in 15% sales scenario in the sheet as a part of security to the company. The term period is 4 years & it is renewable.
