Omaxe Infrastructure Construction Ltd (OICL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe Ltd, bagged a contract from Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB) to construct a Housing colony at Niladri Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.

The contract, which involves development and construction of the residential colony, is pegged at Rs 540 million. The new residential colony will comprise of 256 dwelling units in 7 blocks. The contract consists of Construction of Residential apartment blocks having 2 stilt + 11 upper floors (3 blocks) and 2 stilt + 8 upper floors (4 blocks). The project will be equipped with facilities such as community centre swimming pool, including civil, architectural works, internal electrical works, sewage treatment plant, roads, landscaping lift etc.

The project is slotted to be complete within 30 months of commencement of construction.
