Speaking on the sidelines of a four-city that concluded in Mumbai (the first three were Delhi, Bengaluru, and Chennai), Kulwant Singh, Managing Director, Lama Tours, said, “We have launched the Express Visa facility and are expanding with the opening of franchise offices across India. Currently, we have these offices at six locations, namely Vadodara, Pune, Chennai, Kochi, Delhi, and Chandigarh. Another four franchise offices are being planned and will be operational soon. We have introduced long-term (90 days) single-entry visas, and long-term multiple-entry visas. Lama Tours is committed to reliable, sustainable, and flexible services.”

Singh highlighted that the theme of the roadshow was 15 reasons to visit the UAE, 15 reasons to do business with Lama Tours & Travels, and 15 exclusive packages by Lama Tours. “With an array of services and products under our brand, we believe that we have an array of tourism offerings for our partners,” he stated.

However, we have done fairly well and the first quarter of 2015 recorded 22 per cent increase in business from that in the same period last year. The leisure business is growing from the Indian market, apart from MICE.”

In order to enhance the knowledge of the travel trade about the products of Lama Tours, the company will conduct a roadshow in September in Tier-II cities, including Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Amritsar.
