When health and taste were not meeting each other most of the time, we (two), street food enthusiasts wanted to make them meet. Rolled up our sleeves and started working on ideas for nearly a year to create recipes which are healthy as well as tasty. It's never easy to attract customers saying its just "healthy" or "tasty," we wanted to induce some curiosity in the minds of the customers when they see the brand, hence we named it "Masal Vada," an Indo-American eatery designed as a young age brand (trust me you'll start loving the logo the moment you see it) that is totally healthy and delicious at the same hand.
We chose Bangalore as a potential market since it has multicultural base to test our product. We successfully won the hearts of our customers and eventually they became so loyal that they turned out to be our brand ambassadors for bringing in more people to increase our customer base.
In short: We are trying to create a revolution in the street food industry in India and change the presumption of the people who think street food is not healthy and hygienic.
