In the phase II another 180 apartments will be developed.<\/p>\n<p>The average size of apartments at Smondo Gachibowli ranges from 990 sq. feet to 1,435 sq. feet. These are being presented as new age homes&#8211;compact and yet loaded with smart features.<br \/>\n\u201cOver 900 units of Smondos were sold out in just three months of its launch in Bengaluru. In comparison, we sold over a 100 units over the 2 days of the launch in Hyderabad\u201d Pravin Malkani, Managing Director, Patel Realty India Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Bengaluru and Hyderabad, have a large population of young working professionals.
