\nPropex television channel, which is targeted to the real estate sector, will be the first web channel in operation in India in Malayalam. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe channel will focus on the entire section of Malayalee property buyers and sellers all over the world and provide them platform with 24×7 coverage.\u201d Asserted by Charles William, chairman of Kochi based J C Group, owner of the channel. <\/p>\n

The programmes created by the JC group and aired by various television channels offer a common platform for buyers and sellers in real estate sector to come together. <\/p>\n

Currently, JC Group’s programmes are being telecasted by six Malayalam channels.<\/p>\n

The web channel can be downloaded on smart TVs, tablets and the new generation smart phones. It can be accessed through a specially developed application, which can be downloaded on Android platforms.<\/p>\n

The group proposes to make it available on devices using other operating systems like Iphone, Window, Blackberry, Bonny Thomas, Chief of Programmes, said.<\/p>\n

The English version of Propex TV is in the pipeline and will be launched within one and half years, the officials confirmed.<\/p>\n
