IHC has made significant investments in the hospitality<br \/>\nbusiness, restaurant &amp; food brands in India. It has also announced a<br \/>\npartnership with EWPL to lease and manage the latter&#8217;s hotels and F&amp;B<br \/>\noutlets across various malls in Tier I and Tier IIcities across the country.<br \/>\nIHC also continues to hold talks with some of the most visible global food and<br \/>\nhospitality brands that are eyeing entry into the Indian market.<br \/>\nAs per the officials, in the first phase, IHC will invest Rs 100 crore for<br \/>\nthis purpose. This deal has been done via IHC subsidiary Gordon House Estates<br \/>\n(GHEPL) and also involves EWDPL acquiring a 15% stake in GHEPL.
