Speciality Restaurants to add South Indian food chain
As per the senior officials, the company is in talks with two South Indian food chains for possible acquisition. It is going to formalise the deal for acquisition of at least one in the near future.
The company also plans to add 40 more outlets, to increase the total number of outlets to 100 by the end of 2010. These include Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, Mostly Kababs, Just Biryani, Sigree, Machaan, Flame & Grill and Haka outlets.
The company will come out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2012, the senior company official added.
