Understanding the Channel Partner
eChannel Partner is one who perfectly complements and assists the company in its Endeavour to serve the requirements of the educational Industry for IT Enabled Services and Students Segment.
The Channel Partner will be involved in selling our services & products to educational/other sectors and in servicing customer requirements from time to time. In the process he / she will develop critical domain knowledge and will partner and evaluate the creation and performance of new and existing product offerings. The hallmark of the Channel Partner lies in his ability to tap the vast potential that such an opportunity provides.

Requirements to be a Channel Partner

Some experience in the educational industry or in IT enabled services, any other service industry with good communication skills, able to understand the business requirements and ready to work as team.

Generate & execute orders in the areas allotted.

Ensure smooth and hassle free business operations and proactively resolve consumer problems.

Ensure collection of receivables.

Provide the site with portal content information on potential clients and allied services from time to time.

Channel association/franchise fee (depending upon place and the area)
