I launched Attirance in Riga, Latvia in 2003 because I wanted to create a range of cosmetic products that make people feel good about themselves and their environment.”What does the company name “Attirance” symbolize?”Attirance” is the french word for “Attraction”. It is a concise and perfectly descriptive name for the product that we manufacture and for the goal that we try to reach by manufacturing our natural products. Inspiration provided by purity, and the sense of having a high quality in everything that we as humans desire.

I admire French culture and the values that come along with it – history, the people, architecture. It is resembled in our concept and in the products that we bring to the people.Which are the developmental phases Attirance has passed from its origin to its Growth?Attirance was established in 2003. During those years we can highlight two important phases: one is product range which we have been increasing all the time and now it has reached over 260 different items; second is our franchise concept which we started to develop in 2007 and now it has been proved as successful profitable business, therefore we finally decided also to enter in India market and offer an opportunity to work with Attirance brand.How did you come up with the idea for natural cosmetics? What was your inspiration?I have always admired French culture and once that inspired me to establish a new cosmetic line that would be based on the idea of genuine naturalism that creates the desire for physical and emotional comfort and helps us enjoy the harmony in life.

Especially I admired Provence (region in France), where the idea comes from; using mainly natural ingredients in the manufacturing process.What inspired “Attirance” to take the franchise route to expand its business?One of the main goals for our company always was the product development. When we started to produce more and more new products and the product range essentially increased we unders-tood that the best way to sell them is through the Attirance branded franchise stores. As it seems today it was the right decision.Which Franchise module works along with your brand and how does it work?We are offering both Master and single franchise modules but we believe that the best way is to use Master Franchising as it ensures much more business opportunities.

Comparing with single franchising or having a business with only one store Master franchise means exclusive rights and provides also selling franchise concept to sub-franchisees and very wide wholesale opportunities within the Master’s territory.How many outlets do you have presently? What’s your approach for market presence in India?We have 28 Attirance branded outlets in different countries around the world and currently we are looking forward to expand in new regions. Regarding the Indian market we are looking for Master Franchise partner in certain regions or for the entire India.

Single franchise would be an option, but the partner needs to consider all the risks taking on a single franchise store in India.What kind of training and support a franchisee would get when partnering with you?Support and training are very important issues for every franchisee. Therefore we have made a special training program that provides all the necessary things for store opening – design made by our designers of every outlet, luxury furniture delivered by us and every partner will receive training and ongoing support how to open and operate the shop.What’s your take on the futuristic view of natural cosmetic product business around the globe?I believe that the idea of nature has a very prospective future and products from natural ingredients as well as natural cosmetics will be highly appreciated in the next decades. We have a wonderful possibility to take a part in the care for the ecologic condition of the planet and produce natural products which I am more than sure will be appreciated by the next generations.

What are the future plans of your brand Attirance?We are working with passion on new product development and we are looking to reaching the product amount very soon up to 300! As I already mentioned, the new product development always was and will be one of our main objectives at Attirance. Also as a global brand we are interested to expand in many new regions and finding new partners. Especially we are interested to enter the Indian market very soon and bring our natural cosmetics to the people.
