FM: What is the concept of Fast Clean and how it came into existence?

MA: FASTCLEAN as the name suggests offers mechanized cleaning and disinfection of water storage tanks in houses, buildings, commercial complex, hospitals, hotels, school colleges through multi step cleaning process done by neatly dressed trained technicians with the help of high pressure jets, vacuum cleaners, suction pumps etc.

in a scientific and professional way.Cleaning is the basic and regular need of every water storage tanks. Till now, most of the people used to rely on manual cleaning done by untidy labors in the absence of a proven mechanism and lack of awareness. We are addressing this issue very sensitively and professionally. Through us, the tanks get cleaned Faster and Better.

FM: Which are the services provided by Fast Clean?

MA: We offer mechanized cleaning and disinfection of water storage tanks most professionally and reach to thousands of clients. We are also into mechanized cleaning of office floors, softening plants, R.O. and offer complete water solutions.

FM: What is the USP of Fast Clean?

MA: 1.We have the experience of more than 5years exclusively in this line cleaning n disinfecting tanks between 500ltrs to 35lac liters.

2. We are the largest in central India and No.1 in Chattisgarh undisputedly since last 5years. We have a uniquely designed marketing and operational manual for the franchisee. We have been approved by the FDA, Govt. of Chattisgarh in cleaning service category. We have expertise and experience in bagging large corporate and government orders. Ours is a system driven company.

FM: How is the scope of cleaning industry in India?

MA: Cleaning Industry being a service based industry has wide scope in India as corporate and institutions have started outsourcing services even in tank cleaning. There is a wide gap between demand and supply. The potentiality is perpetual as cleaning caters to the basic and essential need of every human being.

FM: How many franchises and company outlets are there across India?

MA: After more than 5 years of practical experience and research, we have recently launched the franchising module and are in the process of appointing franchisees across the country and have two company outlets as of now.

FM: Tell us about the franchising module of Fast Clean.

MA: The franchising module of FASTCLEAN is simple. The franchisee needs to bring an initial capital of around six lakhs which includes our license fee of 1.5lacs and rest is invested in equipments, mobile van and other accessories and expenses. All these exercises are done very professionally and time bound activity.

FM: Do you think initially you may face some hick ups as you are an emerging brand?

MA: We agree and recognize this fact. But then, someone has to start from somewhere to complete his journey. Even big trees start from small seeds. Knowing our present value, we have planned multi-activity media events which would be put into action and soon we will be a brand too. We proudly say, we are the largest and No.1 Professional Tank Cleaning Service Provider Company of Central India since last 5years and enjoy 95% share in the market.We strongly believe that Honesty is the key. We had been a franchisee in the past, so we understand the pain of failure. We claim only what we can deliver. Being a starter, we would put our heart and soul in every franchisee that we appoint so that we both are happy. We know it pretty well, a satisfied franchisee would get us three more franchisee from his reference and hence, we would not risk that!

FM: What support system do you provide to the franchisees?

MA: We assist right from the word Go, from concept to conclusion including training of their technicians, marketing man in a uniquely designed marketing and operational manual made after our years of practical experience and research which we are proud of. They also get the benefit of the goodwill of our brand, procurement of equipments etc. Assistance in procuring large orders, comprehensive brand promotion and consistent updation of technologies and procedures are our other plus points franchisee can take advantage of.

FM: Tell us about your further expansion plans.

MA: We have a mission to have minimum 50 franchises by the end of this financial year and reaching across every town and city of the country in the first three years.

FM: Tell us about your company’s future plans.
