Future Group Company –Future Ventures is in advance talks With a Mumbai based footwear retail company Tresmode to increase its presence in the retail Business.FUTURE GROUP ventures to acquire 25% stake in footwear retail company Tresmode of Mumbai.
Tresmode, started in 2007 with the first store in Mumbai,and is now planning to expand its retail sector as footwear market in India.The company has set up retail outlets in metros and overseas destinations like Kathmandu.
Future Ventures is investor,which has its investments in various lifestyle brands Biba Apparels, Indus-League Clothing, Indus Tree Crafts and Amar Chitra Katha among others.
