Limited and got glimpse of Brewberrys Success.

FM: When how Brewberrys got originated?

AG: Brewberrys started operations in 2005 and began franchising since mid 2008 on pan India basis. Brewberrys is a team of young professionals who came together with a common dream of establishing a quality cafe brand across the country.

FM: What is the USP of your brand which makes it different than other coffee bars?

AG: People meet, hearts talk and coffee flows. We believe in providing our guests with the best cafe experience. Our friendly service and a relaxed and casual theme compliment the same.Our menus are customized according to the local tastes and trends, thus serving guests with just what they want.

FM: Tell us about the coffee industry in India.

AG: Coffee industry is definitely on a boom in India. Just like in the western countries, there will soon be a potential for cafe in every urban street of India. So there is a major scope of expansion for all cafe brands across the country.

FM: When did you start franchising?

AG: We started franchising in Aug 2008

FM: How many franchise outlets you have across India?

AG: Currently we have 15 franchised and 4 company owned outlets

FM: Tell us about the franchising model of your company.

AG: Area required: 500-1500 sq.ft. IdeallyInvestment: 12-18 lacs

FM: Tell us about the support Training system you provide to the franchisees.

AG: Brewberrys takes up the responsibility to set up and run the outlet from the beginning itself. Recruitment and training is provided by the company both at the site and at head office. Cafe software designed by TCS enables active participation of the central team constantly.Besides the franchisee is also provided with comprehensive cafe operations manuals which includes all details required to operate the cafe.

FM: Tell us about the expansion future plans of your company.

AG: Going by our target to open 50 outlets by the end of 2010, Brewberrys is all set to start up with 12 new cafes by the end of the first quarter of 2010. Following is the list of existing and upcoming Brewberrys cafe: Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat (03), Lavasa, Trivandrum, Bangalore (02), Mysore (02), Hyderabad (03), Ranchi (02), Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Rohtak, Delhi NCR (multiple) and Mumbai.
