Breaking News India,Franchise News India,Yellow Tie Hospitality Management to launch 5 restaurants in india,Indian celebrity chef Harpal Singh Sokhi on Tuesday announced the launch of five new restaurants across India, under the aegis of Yellow Tie Hospitality Management an India-based Food and Beverages (F&B) Franchise Management company.

Each of these quick service restaurants (QSRs) will cater to various segments like fine-dining, casual dining and bar, and family restaurants, a statement said. Apart from managing these restaurants, Yellow Tie Hospitality will invest USD 15-20 million on all projects by Chef Harpal Singh in the pipeline, it said.

The restaurants to be launched are Twist of Tadka, BB Jaan restaurant which offers Hyderabadi cuisine, Dhadoom, Haathapie that will serve trendy Punjabi food, and Chika Chika, which wills serve desi Chinese food. The chef is planning to open over 25 stores of Twist of Tadka

focussing on tier II and tier III cities, in India as well as overseas by 2019, and 10 QSR chains of BB Jaan by 2019.

With Dhadoom, he plans to expand through both kiosks and shops, with 100 planned outlets by 2019. Haathapie, to be launched in 2017, is looking to open 50 outlets by 2019, and Chika Chika is expected to be launched across 75 outlets pan India by 2019, Yellow Tie said.

Yellow Tie Hospitality is a joint venture of restaurateur and entrepreneur Karan Tanna and aims to have 10 leading food and beverage brands in its portfolio.
