Dandy, the leading Indian accessories brand in the value segment has been specially invited by the Australian Trade Commission to start its operations in that country. Dandy already has a presence in most of the domestic retail chains, but this opportunity opens new vistas for this company to make an impact in the overseas markets. Dandy however is not new to the overseas business. It has been exporting its accessories range for the last 6 years to countries in Europe, the US, Middle East and Australia.
In a time when India is the hottest destination for major global retailers, an invitation to invest in an already mature retail market speaks volumes about the value perception Dandy has managed to build over the years. Dandy is now on the lookout for strategic business partners interested in starting their own business in Australia or diversifying their existing businesses into the retail sector of that country. The initial role would be that of a Country Master Franchisee distributing the complete Dandy range of Leather Wallets, Belts & Ladies Handbags to the retail chains and local retail stores and later establishing an independent franchisee network all over the country.
