Franchise News India,India Franchise News,Jubliant FoodWorks, the master franchise for Domino’s Pizza in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, plans to include around 5,000 employees by this financial year ending in March 2016. The company is also the franchise for Dunkin’ Donuts in India. India is the second biggest market for its pizza business after the US.

The greater part of these newcomers will be to man its 150 new Domino’s Pizza stores and 40 new Dunkin’ Donuts stores in India.

The organization, which is as of now a 30,000-member strong association, is hoping to contribute about Rs 200 crore for its expansion program. Further, it wants to set up a best in class manufacturing plant in Greater Noida. “This will be the first of its kind on the globe for Domino’s Pizza. This will be an aggregate green office,” Ajay Kaul, CEO of Jubilant FoodWorks, told.

“Dissimilar to most organizations (contenders including food delivery businesses), we are on an extension stage,” he said. Recently, online food delivery companies, for example, TinyOwl, Zomato, Dazo and SpoonJoy have laid off workers as a consequence of high expenses and low returns. Other online food delivery business organizations are battling as well. Not very far in the past, these food delivery startup companies were on an employing spree; however with high expenses and insufficient returns they are presently being compelled to either closed down or cut expenses.

“Most recent two years have been intense for all in the food business as clients have held tight to their wallets. Yet, Jubilant did well,” Kaul said. In February, the organization is going to open its 1000th Domino’s Pizza store. It at present has around 950 such stores.
